Prices of these apartments start from £120,000 for a 25% share of a one-bedroom apartment, with a deposit of £6,000.
With these shared ownership apartments buyers can put down as little as a 5% deposit and own up to as much as 75% on the full market value of the property. Residents will then pay a mortgage on their owned share and rent on the rest.
Buyers can, if they choose, purchase more shares until they achieve full ownership.

Each apartment will have two parking spaces, EV charging and be equipped with air source heat pumps.
“We are delighted to announce our new apartments at Twickenham Square, available to buy with shared ownership,” said Sam Truman, sales manager at Latimer.
“This is a rare opportunity to call one of West London's most desirable riverside neighbourhoods home.
“These brand-new homes put this sought-after location within reach for buyers who might otherwise be priced out of the area.”
